Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement plan for building a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets based on company revenue and gross margin goals Build strategic, trusted relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers of Fortune 1000 Clients to support new client acquisition
• Generate new leads by performing 80-90 outbound calls per day; follow-up on warm leads and document all notes in company database
• Partner with Account Executives to conduct sales presentations
• Utilize supplier diversity and procurement channels to open new doors and become preferred vendors
• Gain knowledge and understanding of clients’ systems and processes to offer and deliver the best services
• Collaborate with the presales team on customer RFI, RFP and RFQ responses
• Support contract negotiations

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of lead generation experience and conducting outbound sales calls within the IT Staffing and Consulting industry
• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for determining which candidate is most qualified to refer to Apolis’s customers in all technical, professional, IT and engineering job classifications.
• Successfully oversee the order filling process from beginning to end. This will include: resume and cover letter submittals, coordination of interview time with customers and candidates; timely follow up on submittals and interviews and coordination of any company specific screening and orientation.
• Represent the company to our customers and candidates and act as a liaison between Apolis and our customers to troubleshoot and problem solve any customer or candidate related issues and inquiries.
• Make business decisions that impact the profitability of the company.
• Negotiate labor rates with employees to ensure placement of the most qualified candidate.
• Develop, implement and manage an individual recruiting strategy to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of field employees. Utilize electronic process in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving.
• Create attractive and effective job postings to the internet and other advertising mediums. Regularly review current advertising methods, managing changes as needed.
• Engage in good working relations, responsiveness and service in coordination with sales staff.
• Follow up regularly with candidates to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
• Ability to arrive to work at a specified time.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete timely entry of information tracking for performance measurement in our ATS systems. Maintain consistency and integrity of data.
• Maintain familiarity with the most effective recruiting tools appropriate to your branch to include: referrals, availability list, database searches, internet searches, resume searches, other job boards and organizations.
• ShapePerform special assignments/complete projects as needed.

Position Qualifications – Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• 3 – 5 years Recruiting experience required
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Effectively communicate in writing and verbally by telephone.
• Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and contractors.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Assimilate well into a team environment.

• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as: Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML etc.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
• Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
