El Segundo, California – 12th October 2021: Apolis has announced that a Fortune 100 multinational conglomerate operating across multiple industries has partnered with them to transform their Human Capital Management platform through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with the focus on optimizing and automating HR processes and improving the employee experience. The organization is spread across the globe with the initial scope of the project focusing on North America and Mexico. With this HCM transformation the client will completely modernize their HR department benefiting over 7,000 of its employees in North America.

Prior to this implementation, the client was facing major challenges in streamlining HR operations such as recruiting onboarding, compensation, and performance management. They were operating in silos, which was keeping the HR professionals and the management team from having a holistic view of their human capital management operations. In addition, the HR teams were spending significant time on manually processing, entering and subsequently combing the data stored in disparate systems. All of these challenges lead to inaccurate or inconsistent data impacting timely employee pay checks, employee performance reviews, training and development, and productivity.
