Time off and Holidays

Apolis employees enjoy generous PTO programs including Earned Leave, Casual Leave, and Sick Leave. In addition, we offer time off for - Paternity, Bereavement and Family Exigencies. We offer eight paid Holidays a year (including 3 Indian National Holidays).

Retirement Benefits

Apolis reflects principles of sound regulatory compliance at all times. All employees are covered under the Provident Fund Scheme. There is a 12% contribution to Provident Fund from both the individual and the company. An employee is entitled to gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Other Benefits

Meals are provided by the company. Transportation is provided to employees who work in night shifts. Apolis promotes a culture of fun at work and hosts engagement events periodically.
